With training about to resume for the forthcoming season Cardiff RFC are finalising the playing and support staff for 2012 / 13.
New Head Coach Martyn Fowler has been busy signing high quality players in preparation for the forthcoming season. Details of the new squad will be released shortly.
The annual players cap presentation dinner will take place early next month and this will be an opportunity for the current squad to wish those players moving on to pastures new all the best with their new clubs, except of course when they are playing against the Blue & Blacks.
Seven players will receive their caps for playing 20 games during the season, they are:-
Tom Williams, Sion Hopkins, Chris Bundy, Dan Fish, Matthew Screech, Rory Watts-Jones, Reuben Tucker
Cardiff RFC can confirm the following players are departing the Arms Park and would like to wish them every success in their next adventure and thank them for the service they have given.
Chris Bundy, Sam Campbell, Jamie Corsi, Ieuan Davies, Jon Elley, Kristian Gay, Jake Henry, Matthew John, Thomas Pascoe, Ben Phillips, Dan Preece, Rhys Shellard, Scott Sneddon and Tom Rowlands
In addition Cardiff RFC would like to congratulate Josh Navidi, Alex Cuthbert and Harry Robinson on their continued successes with the Cardiff Blues and Wales respectively. We look forward to seeing all three of them at the Arms Park next season with the Cardiff Blues.
