Cardiff RFC will be holding their first opposed contact training session on Thursday (26th July)when they visit Glamorgan Wanderers at Sterling Rd Ely. Having spent the last few weeks in gyms and working of team drills this will be the first chance to run through team plays and combinations on the field of play with opposition.
This will be the first of the pre-season opportunities to see the new squad in action. The session will start at 6.15pm with everyone welcome to attend.
