Louis M Dyke born in Cardiff and educated at Christ College Brecon. He played for London Welsh,Cardiff and Penarth. Represented Barbarians against Newport 1907/08.

He gained four Welsh caps for Wales, making his debut against Ireland in1910 and playing another three matches in 1911, and played 107 games for Cardiff over four seasons 1908/09 -1911/12 scoring 33 tries.
