Quentin Dick Kedzlie was a Scottish born international rugby union forward who played club rugby for Cardiff and international rugby for Wales.
He played his entire club rugby at Cardiff, representing the team through seven seasons.

He gained two Welsh caps in 1888 against Scotland and Ireland. In later life he became the chairman of the South Wales Baseball Association. He died in Cardiff on 3rd May 1920 aged 59.  Blacksmith by trade.
