Frank Williams born in Cardiff 26th January 1910 was a hard tackling Centre
Played for Cardiff between 1926/27 and 1934/35. He played 14 times for Wales between 1929 and 1933. He represented the Barbarians against Cardiff in 1930/31.

Whilst playing at Cardiff he became a Sports Master at Wakefield Grammar School and so he spent the remainder of his career in Yorkshire and represented Headingley and the county.
Due to work commitments he turned down an invitation to tour with the 1930s British Lions

Died in Tamworth on July 7th 1959 aged 49
