Brendan McAloon

Position: Fullback

Full Back who played for Cardiff RFC from 1983/4-1985/6 and for the Athletic XV. Here he broke his leg in a game against Swansea. Before joining Cardiff Brendon played for Penarth & Newbridge and left Cardiff to join Pontypridd and later played for Glamorgan County & Monmouthshire.

Brendon also played baseball for the Old Illtydians alongside Mark Ring and helped to reform Fairwater RFC in 1988.

Brendon won the Welsh National Cup twice as a player and once as a coach.
